Deep copper in color, caramel aroma, rich malty flavor with a roasted malt background. This elixir was debuted at the 1995 Oregon Brewers Festival. McRouge is brewed with Great Western Harrington, Klages, Beeston floor-malted Amber, Pale Chocolate and pale Weymann Caramunich Malts, and rolled oats. Willamette and Kent Goldings Hops.
